I found Catherine after a traumatic c section and an extremely rough first few weeks at home with my newborn. I was an absolute mess and in dire need of sleep. Not only was she fabulous with our baby, but she trained him to crib nap in a few short hours (he was an exclusive contact napper) and then helped us create a plan to help him sleep through the night. Catherine was our post-partum doula in the fall of 2022. She was absolutely amazing. Not only is she dependable, punctual, and knowledgeable, but she is also an amazing person who is enjoyable to be around. I’m proud to call her my friend as well as doula! As a somewhat anxious mom, Catherine was extremely flexible with helping me get some rest with our second child during the early newborn weeks.
